Kohler Attorneys was founded by Martin Kohler on the 1st November 1994.
In 1997 Kohler Attorneys was converted into a professional company
and is now known as Kohler Incorporated.
Initially the firm practiced for ten years at the Perm Building, Durban and then at Metlife Building, Durban for approximately five years.
In February 2010 the firm moved to Westville Central to provide a safer and more convenient environment for its clientèle.
Kohler Inc. presently employs two attorneys, Martin Kohler and Marc Taylor.
Our Aims, Objectives and Approach
Being a small firm we aim to offer affordable, honest, value added and personnel services.
In many instances, we know that large fees and heartache can be avoided with the right advice and approach upfront.
In civil matters, formal litigation should be commenced as a last step once all attempts to reasonably resolve the dispute have failed.
In divorce matters we emphasize the necessity of putting the interests of the children first and, if possible, following a negotiated / mediated approach.
We appreciate the need to communicate effectively with our clients by providing them with regular updates and advising them of all their options as matters progress.
