• The MISASA membership information database is inadequately managed by the Aero Club.
• MISASA seeks membership opinion on proposed corrective action.

• At the Oct 2012 Aero Club AGM the Aero Club agreed to present a new business model.
• This was to be a new service delivery model with defined and costed inputs and measurable outputs.
• This has not been done.

• The Aero Club has allowed the AP Insurance scheme to lapse by many months.
• We believe that the lapse is somewhere between 4 to 12 months.
• This means that our AP’s are subject to huge financial risk and this is unacceptable to us.

1. The Aero Club has more than a million rand in the bank and thus the above is, in our opinion, about competence and focus.
2. MISASA has drawn attention to our increasing concerns for more than a year and thus far meetings and suggestions have not helped.
3. We believe that it is time for a call for corrective action.
